How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard domestic orders usually take 5-7 business days to arrive. International shipping typically takes 10-15 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
Do you offer customization or stitching services?
Yes, we offer professional stitching services for our semi-stitched lehengas, suits, and blouses. You can provide your measurements via our custom size form after placing your order.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that customized or stitched outfits are not eligible for returns unless there is a manufacturing defect.
How can I track my shipment?
Once your order is dispatched, we will send a tracking link to your registered email address and phone number. You can also track your package directly through the 'Order History' section of your account.
Are the colors of the products accurate?
We strive to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, due to photographic lighting and different screen resolutions, there might be a slight variation (5-10%) in the actual color of the fabric.
